Refund Policy

1. Overview

 

BASED provides professional AI and data services tailored to each client. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

2. Deposits and Payments

  • Deposits (if required) secure your project schedule and are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due as per the invoice terms.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

3. Exceptions

 

Refunds may be granted only at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment;

  • Cancellation before work begins; or

  • Statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or other applicable law.

4. Client Satisfaction

 

We aim to maintain clear communication and transparency at all stages. If you have concerns about deliverables, please contact theo@baseddata.co.nz so we can review and resolve the matter.

5. Changes

 

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
